We explore how stress is a thought-created cycle, originating within our own minds and not originating in the world.  We look at the role of thought in all of our experiences and see that relief comes from understanding how our minds work and not from changing the world. The moment you see that chronic stress is an inside-out phenomenon, not an inevitable result of the circumstances in which we find ourselves, you are free.
